Balcony balustrade designed to replicate neighbours' existing original.

This house required a replica balcony to be manufactured & installed on the first floor during renovation works. It was a stipulation of the planning consent that it is a faithful copy of the original balconies found on houses elsewhere on the street.

Peter Weldon Iron Designs Ltd. altered the details to comply with current building regulations and manufactured the balustrade. A complex project that would be too difficult and costly for other steel fabricators to provide.
