A three storey property situated at the centre of a group of 10 Grade II listed terraces in a Conservation area. Built in 1824 all are in private hands and none retain their original railings.
The aim of the project is to enhance the presentation of the property from the street by reinstating the boundary railings to the original 1824 design.
An original rail head was supplied and using photographs from the library archive we were able to calculate the correct height for the railings.
