 This large listed house built in 1880 using Malvern stone needed a replacement balcony. The balcony from the neighbouring property was copied but modified to ensure that it complied with current building regulations.
The project involved custom cast iron star motifs, custom cast iron brackets (first modelled in clay, then moulded in fibreglass and finally sand cast in iron) and a 50mm solid oak floor
