A project involving balusters to fit a bespoke staircase in Austria.There were 19 steps and around 12.5 metres of balustrade needed. The staircase is made of cast concrete veneered in timber.
Aquairon pre-cut the balusters and collars to an angle specified by Peter Weldon Iron Designs. The balusters were delivered directly to the client. The individual balusters were drilled and tapped into the treads and the timber handrail (supplied by others) was fitted afterwards.
